Corrección filial con respecto a la propagación de herejías:
Por medio de palabras, hechos y omisiones, y por medio de pasajes del documento "Amoris laetitia", Su Santidad ha apoyado, directa o indirectamente, y propagado dentro la Iglesia, con un grado de consciencia que no buscamos juzgar, tanto por oficio público como por acto privado las siguientes proposiciones falsas y heréticas:
1. "Una persona justificada no tiene la fuerza, con la gracia de Dios, para seguir las exigencias objetivas de la ley divina, como si cualquiera de los mandamientos de Dios fuera imposible para los justificados; o como significando que la gracia de Dios, cuando produce la justificación del individuo, no produce invariablemente, y de su propia naturaleza, la conversión de todo pecado grave, o no es suficiente para la conversión de todo pecado grave."
2. "Los católicos que han obtenido el divorcio civil del cónyuge con el cual están válidamente casados y han contraído un matrimonio civil con alguna otra persona durante la vida de su cónyuge, y que viven 'more uxorio' con su pareja civil, y que eligen permanecer en este estado con pleno conocimiento de la naturaleza de su acto y con pleno consentimiento de la voluntad del acto, no están necesariamente en un estado de pecado mortal, y pueden recibir la gracia santificante y crecer en la caridad."
3. "Un creyente católico puede tener pleno conocimiento de una ley divina y elegir violarla voluntariamente en una materia grave, pero no estar en un estado de pecado mortal como resultado de este acto."
4. "Una persona, mientras obedece una prohibición divina, puede pecar contra Dios por medio de este mismo acto de obediencia."
5. "La conciencia puede juzgar verdadera y correctamente que los actos sexuales entre personas que han contraído un matrimonio civil entre sí, aunque uno, o ambos, esté sacramentalmente casado con otra persona, a veces pueden ser moralmente correctos o reclamados o incluso mandados por Dios."
6. "Los principios morales y las verdades morales contenidos en la revelación divina y en la ley natural no incluyen prohibiciones que condenan absolutamente ciertos tipos de actos, porque son siempre gravemente ilícitos a causa de su objeto."
7. "Nuestro Señor Jesucristo quiere que la Iglesia abandone su antiquísima disciplina de denegar la Eucaristía a los divorciados y nuevamente casados, y de denegar la absolución a los divorciados y nuevamente casados que no expresen ninguna contrición, ni el propósito firme de enmendarse de su actual estado de vida."
Todas estas proposiciones contradicen verdades que son divinamente reveladas, y que los católicos deben creer con el asentimiento de la fe divina. […] Es necesario para el bien de las almas que sean condenadas una vez más por la autoridad de la Iglesia. Al enunciar estas siete proposiciones, no pretendemos dar una lista exhaustiva de todas las herejías y errores que un lector imparcial, intentando leer "Amoris laetitia" en su sentido natural y obvio, consideraría como afirmadas, sugeridas o favorecidas por este documento. […] Más bien, pretendemos listar las proposiciones que las palabras, hechos y omisiones de Su Santidad, tal como ya fueron descritas, han efectivamente apoyado y propagado, para grave e inminente peligro de las almas.
En esta hora crítica, por lo tanto, nos volvemos hacia la "cathedra veritatis", la Iglesia Romana, la cual por ley divina tiene pre-eminencia sobre todas las iglesias, y de la cual somos y pretendemos permanecer siempre hijos leales, y respetuosamente insistimos que Su Santidad rechace públicamente estas proposiciones, realizando así el mandato de nuestro Señor Jesucristo dado a San Pedro y a través de él a todos sus sucesores hasta el fin del mundo: “Yo he rogado por ti, para que tu fe no desfallezca. Y tú, cuando hayas vuelto, confirma a tus hermanos.”
Respetuosamente pedimos la bendición apostólica de Su Santidad, asegurándole nuestra devoción filial en nuestro Señor y nuestra oración por el bienestar de la Iglesia.
